The reasons for the offer under the Plans are set out above. The maximum number of ordinary shares in the capital of Solvay that can be purchased or awarded under the Plan as on August 18th 2022 is 250,000 and the minimum number is nil, if no employees choose to participate in the Plan.
Precise details of the rights attaching to shares, which are ordinary shares, are set out in Solvay's By Laws. If you would like a copy of the Solvay's By Laws please email your HR correspondent who will provide you with a copy. Similarly, if you do not have a copy of the Plan rules and would like one, please contact your HR correspondent.
