WHO CAN JOIN?

When the offer opens, anyone of a participating company in a participating country, up to S22 level, employed by Solvay at that time can apply to join the Plan and if you then remain employed on the first share purchase shares will be bought for you.

HOW MUCH MONEY CAN YOU CONTRIBUTE TOWARDS PURCHASING SHARES IN ANY MONTH?

MINIMUM

Your local currency equivalent of €15

MAXIMUM

Your local currency equivalent of €250

If you are outside the Euro zone, the minimum and maximum amounts will be converted by Solvay to your local currency equivalent, based on the WM/Refinitiv 2PM CET FX benchmark, a few days before the enrolment period starts

HOW TO SUBSCRIBE?

If you have a Solvay email address

• Connect to the Solvay network
• Click “Solvay Shares” tile to log into the Global Shares portal via a single sign on link.

If you don’t have a Solvay e-mail address:

Your site manager will provide you with your User ID and password to log into Global Shares platform from https://solvay.globalsharesequity.co.uk/ and sign in.
